It's a remarkable ending, but it reminds me of a better movie. If I say the name of that movie, I will have given away to much. Please come back and tell me what you thought of it after you've seen it. As for Matrix Revolutions, I like the ending because it's logical from both perspectives. The only real problem with it is in order for it to make sense you have to have endured outside sources such as The Animatrix. Strong screenplays don't require optional viewing.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)

So, is this based on a book? I just hope there are not many hardcore fans that could cry in outrage about "how far from the book " is this, 'cause i can't stand it. Hopefuly nothing of this will happen.

Endings, and i mean "appropiate" endings, are always kind of difficult. Not talking about the "and they live happily ever after" or "oh wow, what a twist" endings, hence the "appropiate" part. It's always the cheapest way to finish your movie and make "everyone" happy (that's why i hate, for example, Matrix Revolutions ending; throwing out so much technolosophy and anguish to end up with a sunrise? Please.).

Now, that looks like the kind of movie i like. Gonna check it out, thanks for the recommendation.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)
